How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost vary depending on location, exact shipping cost is determined at check out.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 48 hours of order, After 48 hours No cancellations accepted
Some items are custom products, after 48 hours inventory is already in process.

I Noticed a Misspelling on a custom tumbler, How can I correct it?

If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email me at Sunshine.Creative@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item

How fast will orders ship?

Turn around time is an estimate and I strive to stick by that, but in the case of inventory shortages, turn around time may be affected and I will not refund do to that reason.
